How it works
Check in at the gate
Show your ticket QR at any entrance. Staff scan it, hand over your NFC wristband, and you're inside.
Open the Xpeats app and tap your band
Xpeats reads the wristband UID through NFC and links it to your Xpeats wallet. One band = one wallet.
Fund the wallet
Top up with a one-time amount or save a card so it refills automatically. Anything left over is refundable after the festival.
Tap to pay anywhere on site
Food, drinks, merch, art, every vendor. Hold your wristband to the reader — done in under a second.
If something goes sideways
No NFC phone? No problem.
Visit any Xpeats kiosk on the grounds. Staff will link your band to your wallet via a QR code — same outcome, takes about 30 seconds.
Lost your band?
Open the Xpeats app, deactivate the lost band, then re-link a new one from any Xpeats support point. Your wallet balance follows you.
