How tickets work, plainly.

A Lit Galaxy ticket is a physical wristband sealed onto your wrist at the gate. The wristband is your sole proof of admission — there are no printed tickets, no QR codes, and no digital passes once you arrive.

• Galaxy Pass — three days of general access to every stage, every activity zone, and every late-night spectacle.
• Constellation Pass — everything in Galaxy plus VIP perks: free parking, premium washrooms, close-stage access, and bottle service.
• Supernova Pass — everything in Constellation plus the ultra-exclusive Galaxy Tent, gourmet food, and members-only Supernova Bars.

Wristbands ship via Canada Post 4–6 weeks before the festival. You'll receive a tracking link by email the day yours leaves our warehouse.

• Free standard shipping to any Canadian address.
• International orders ship via Canada Post International with tracking; duties paid by the recipient.
• If your wristband hasn't arrived 10 days before the festival, email info@litgalaxy.ca and we'll re-ship by priority mail.
• You can update your shipping address up to 8 weeks before the festival from your account dashboard.

All ticket sales are final, with the limited exceptions below. Tickets are a financial commitment — please buy with that in mind.

• Within 14 days of purchase — full refund minus a 5% processing fee, no questions asked. This window does not apply within 90 days of the festival.
• Festival cancellation — if Lit Galaxy cancels the event for any reason within our control, you receive a full refund (face value + fees) within 60 days.
• Postponement — your wristband is automatically valid for the rescheduled date. If you can't attend the new date, a full refund is available within 30 days of the announcement.
• Personal cancellation after the 14-day window — your ticket remains valid for transfer (see below) but is not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Tickets are personal and non-transferable once the wristband is sealed at the gate. Before then, you have two options if you can't attend:

• Free name change until 14 days before the festival. Log into your account and update the wristband recipient. The new attendee must accept these terms.
• Official resale via the Lit Galaxy Exchange (launching closer to the festival). Tickets list at face value only; selling above face value is prohibited.

We don't process name changes inside the 14-day window because wristbands are already in transit. If you've received yours and can't attend, list it on the Exchange instead.

Lit Galaxy is 19+ for all general programming. Anyone purchasing alcohol or entering the VIP / VVIP bars must present government-issued photo ID matching the wristband.

• Children under 13 enter free with a wristbanded parent, limited to the daytime wellness and art zones.
• 13–18 year olds attend with a wristbanded guardian; no alcohol service, no late-night access after midnight.
• Photo ID is checked at the gate and on entry to any 19+ zone.

Wristbands are non-replaceable. Once it's on your wrist, treat it like cash — losing it means losing your access.

• Before sealing — if your wristband is lost in shipping, we re-ship at no charge.
• After sealing — a tampered, cut, or removed wristband is void. No re-entry, no refund.
• Suspected theft — file a report with on-site security immediately. We cooperate fully with investigations but cannot issue replacements.

If you have a mobility, visual, or hearing access need that affects how you'll experience the festival, please email info@litgalaxy.ca at least four weeks before the event. We provide companion wristbands at no cost, accessible camping, and ASL interpretation for headline sets — all arranged in advance.

If the festival is cancelled, postponed, or partially curtailed because of severe weather, government order, public-health emergency, grid failure, or any other event outside our reasonable control, our liability is limited to the refund options described above. Travel, accommodation, and other third-party costs are not reimbursable by Lit Galaxy.
