The Wellness Zone is Lit Galaxy's quiet heart — sunrise yoga, sound baths, breathwork, and light therapy. Open every day, sunrise to early evening, free for every pass.

Greet the day on a mat in the woods. Mats provided. All levels welcome.
- 12:00 PM
Sound baths, guided meditation, breathwork sessions led by certified practitioners.
- SUNSET
Gentle light installations and quiet reflection spaces as the sun dips.
Play hard. Cheer loud.
Live sports screenings on giant outdoor LED walls, daily tournaments at the Sports Hub, and pickup games anyone can drop into. Equipment provided. Every skill level welcome.

Where 200 acres
become a living galaxy
As the sun sets, Ontario transforms — glowing forests, illuminated bridges, towering LED maple leaves, and interactive light pieces designed to be walked through and touched. The art doesn't decorate the festival. It is the festival.

Hidden tokens, cryptic clues, and unmarked installations across all three days. Solo or teams of four. Daily leaderboards. Real prizes. The Grand Hunt winner is revealed Sunday night.

The festival doesn't sleep — it transforms. Synchronized light shows, glowing performance art, after-hours DJ sets running until 4 AM, and ritual moments under the stars. This is what most attendees say their favourite Lit Galaxy memory looks like.

20 minutes of synchronized light, sound, and movement across the entire festival. Once nightly.

Underground DJs handpicked for the late slot. Glowing performance art on the pathways. Installations pulsing.
- 3 AM — Sunrise
Quieter installations, the Wellness Zone reopens at first light, and the loop begins again.
