Where to find help
Medical Hub
Map · Zone BStaffed 9 AM to 4 AM by registered paramedics. First aid for everything from blisters to dehydration. Refrigerated medication storage available — just ask.
Safer Spaces Hub
Map · Zone CTrained support workers, a quiet decompression room, and a confidential line for anything from a bad trip to a harassment report.

Distributed across the groundsFirst point of contact for any non-emergency need. Lost and found, lost children, festival map, ear plugs, water bottle top-ups.
On-Site Security
All entrances + main pathsTrained security crew at every gate and along main pathways. Look for the navy uniforms. They escort, never confront — call them in if you need help.
Weather playbook
Heat
Forecast tops at ~30°C. Water stations every 200m, shaded lawns at every stage, sunscreen at every Info Point. Take cover at the Wellness Zone if you overheat.
Rain
Light rain: shows continue. Severe weather: stages pause, attendees move to designated shelter zones (marked on map). Schedule resumes once it's safe.
Lightning
All open stages clear within 6 minutes of a lightning strike inside the 10 km radius. Re-open 30 minutes after the last strike. Updates push to the festival app.
If you need help right now
- Find any crew member with a pink wristband — they radio the right team within 30 seconds
- Hotline: text the number printed on the inside of your festival wristband
- In a true emergency, call 911 first, then flag down the nearest crew
- Lost children: every Info Point is a child-safe meeting spot
- After the festival, email safety@litgalaxy.ca for follow-up or incident reports
