Refunds, exchanges, transfers
Six rules in plain English. The full legal version lives inside the Terms of Service.

Tickets are non-refundable
All Lit Galaxy passes are final sale once purchased. Confirmed purchases will not be refunded — including in cases of personal scheduling conflicts or travel changes.

Transfers, however, are allowed
You can transfer your pass to another attendee any time before festival check-in. Use the Pass Transfer tool inside your account, or email tickets@litgalaxy.ca for help. There is no transfer fee.

If the festival is cancelled
If Lit Galaxy 2027 is cancelled in full by the organisers, every ticket holder receives a 100% refund to the original payment method within 30 days, no action required.
- 04
If a headliner cancels
Individual artist cancellations do not entitle attendees to a refund. We always announce replacements as quickly as the schedule allows.
- 05
Merchandise — 30 days
Unworn, unused festival merch can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged-on-arrival items are replaced free of charge. Personalised items are final sale.
- 06
Pre-registration is free
Pre-registering doesn't charge you anything — you only pay when you confirm a ticket purchase once sales go live. Drop your pre-registration any time before that point.
